Deliveries leave our facility every two hours as scheduled. Orders go out on the next delivery run scheduled following the receipt of your payment.

Please allow time for your order to be packaged and understand other orders may be waiting ahead of yours.

How to Place an Order:

1. Log in to your account or create a new one.

This step can also be done at checkout if you prefer to shop right away!

2. Browse our online shop

Products are sorted into categories for Concentrates, Flowers & Buds, Edibles, CBD, Gear, Pre-Rolls, and what’s currently on sale.

You can also use the filter on the left side of the product pages to narrow down your search by grade, strain, usage, effects, time of use and flavours.

3. Place items in your cart.

Once you’ve added desired items to your cart, view the cart. Here you can update quantities, remove unwanted items and apply coupons.

4. Proceed to checkout.

Log in if you have not already done so and ensure billing details are correct. Here you have the option to enter a custom tip for the driver if desired. The address to pay by e-transfer is provided at this step.

5. Place order.

An email will be sent with directions for payment via e-transfer. We cannot proceed with packaging and scheduling your delivery until payment is received.

6. Send payment.

Once we receive payment, an additional email will be sent confirming your delivery schedule.

  1. On the top right of the main page there is a MY ACCOUNT Icon.
  2. Click on it and in the pop up window choose, CREATE ACCOUNT.
  3. Choose REGISTER on the following page then fill in the fields on the left side of the page. Enter a Username, your current email address and choose a password.
  4. An email will be sent to you, simply click the link to activate your account. This can all be done during checkout as well. So feel free to shop first.

Never fear! Take a quick peek in your spam folder of your email and we are sure you will find the confirmation email. Once you have approved these emails they will stay out of your spam folder.

There are 2 main reasons people have errors pop-up at checkout:

  1. LONDON ADDRESS – We deliver to within London, Ontario only. So as a result if you enter an address that is outside of London, you will get an error saying that there is no shipping option. Please make your SHIPPING address a local London address and the order will process without error.
  2. MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT – If the total for your purchase before delivery charges is lower than $40, then you will get an error letting you know that the minimum amount has not been met for a purchase to process.

Our deliveries go out every two hours during our hours of operation. Depending on the time that your payment is received, your order will be on the road at the next delivery time.

Never fear we will ensure your package gets to you ASAP. Which means if you order afterhours Monday to Friday night your order will go out at 10:00AM the following morning when we open. If you order afterhours on Saturday or Sunday night, your order will go out at 12:00PM noon the following day when we open. That’s it!

If you prefer your package to be delivered at a specific time closer to one of other delivery times, just say so in your order comments and we will make it happen.

We keep you fully informed the entire way through the process of your order. After we receive your order you will be sent an email of confirmation letting you know that your order is on hold and awaiting your payment. When you payment is received at you will get another email letting you know that your order in now being processed and that your order will be heading out at the next delivery time. When you have received your order you will get an email confirming that your order is complete.

Absolutely. You will receive a digital invoice in your email when your payment is received. Otherwise your order will contain a packing invoice to confirm its contents.

We generally DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges for our products. That being said we will stand behind the quality of all of our products. If you feel the If you believe that you have a defective product please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will make things right. Please note that we ONLY issue refunds in the GREEN WALLET upon approval.

Yes, If you want to edit or add to your order, you’ll need to contact us at or call (888) 519-TOKE (8653) during business hours. You can then make a new order and we will cancel the old one. If you have sent payment for the old order, we will place the amount sent into your GREEN WALLET.

We accept Interac E-transfers as this is a safe payment method. If you bank with Canadian credit unions or regular banks, then these are easy to do online with your institution. We will send you an invoice by email once you place an order. All of the payment information that you require to make an E-transfer will be found on your invoice.

All taxes are included in your checkout price.

The minimum order amount is only $40! (delivery will be $10) We don’t believe that there is a reason for dispensaries to gouge customers for huge required minimum orders. We want to be accessible to everyone. For those spending ONLY $100 or more will always get FREE DELIVERY!
